Stuart Tax Group Inc

Stuart Tax Group approached me to design a new brand for their family business. Their goal was to develop a modern, sophisticated, and approachable logo for Stuart Tax Group that will resonate with both current and future clients. We needed to strike a balance between their friendly, personal approach while also conveying sophistication and reliability.

We solved this typographically with a modern, lightweight serif that could balance feeling current and timeless. In recognition of the company founder's lifelong love of owls, we also explored various ideas for an owl mascot. While we had some more minimalist styles in consideration, we quickly settled on a more detailed owl with important documents held under their wing. Various complementary colour palettes were considered, until we landed on a blend of tans, brown and forest green for an earthy, understated appeal.

The result is modern, friendly and approachable, with a touch of timeless formality and quiet confidence. I'm delighted to have helped the Stuart family with their new branding and I can't wait to see it progress for many years to come.
